Information We Collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, property address, listing links, services of interest, start timing, message, and optional safety or privacy device details.
We may also collect basic technical information connected to the inquiry, including the page path, URL parameters, timestamp, browser-provided request details, and rate-limit signals used to protect the form from abuse.
How We Use Information
We use inquiry information to evaluate your property, reply to your request, prepare service recommendations, prevent spam, operate the website, and maintain business records. Host With Julia does not use the inquiry form for marketing texts or automated marketing calls.
Service Providers
We use service providers to operate the website and manage inquiries. Inquiry submissions are stored in our own private database so we can review and respond to them, and we use Resend to deliver email notifications. Hosting and infrastructure are provided by Vercel. Other hosting, infrastructure, email, analytics, or security providers may process limited information as needed to provide their services.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or with your direction.
Cookies And Local Storage
This site may use essential browser storage for site functions, such as dismissing a sticky call-to-action or keeping guidebook checklist progress during a browser session. The site does not currently use third-party advertising pixels or marketing cookies.
Property activity measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. It does not use analytics cookies or browser storage.
Property Activity Measurement
When enabled, we count visits to the Echo House page and clicks to Airbnb. Our analytics database stores daily totals grouped by device category and approximate country or region. It does not store raw IP addresses, full browser identifiers, or individual visitor profiles. Request details are processed temporarily to classify devices and limit abuse. Hosting providers may separately maintain operational logs.
These counts cannot identify a QR scan separately from another visit to the same address, identify individual people, or confirm an Airbnb booking. Enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser to exclude your activity from this measurement.
Your Choices
You can ask us to update, correct, or delete inquiry information by contacting us. We may need to keep limited information when required for legal, security, or business-record reasons.
