How We Use Information
We use inquiry information to evaluate your property, reply to your request, prepare service recommendations, prevent spam, operate the website, and maintain business records. Host With Julia does not use the inquiry form for marketing texts or automated marketing calls.
Service Providers
We use service providers to operate the website and manage inquiries. For example, inquiry submissions are stored in Airtable so we can review and respond to them. Hosting, infrastructure, email, analytics, or security providers may process limited information as needed to provide their services.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or with your direction.
Cookies And Local Storage
This site may use essential browser storage for site functions, such as dismissing a sticky call-to-action or keeping guidebook checklist progress during a browser session. The site does not currently use third-party advertising pixels or marketing cookies.
Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not currently used because the site does not run a cross-site behavioral advertising program.
Your Choices
You can ask us to update, correct, or delete inquiry information by contacting us. We may need to keep limited information when required for legal, security, or business-record reasons.
